Pettis Painting is a family-owned residential painting company based in Burnsville, MN. Founded by Ryan Pettis in 2020, we serve homeowners across the south metro with interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck staining, drywall repair, and home restoration. We’re growing and looking for painters who take pride in their work, show up on time, and care about doing things right.

We prefer candidates with residential painting experience, but we’re also open to motivated individuals who are willing to learn. Our crew leads provide hands-on training and mentorship on the job.
We work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends off. We aim for consistent, year-round work with interior projects keeping the crew busy through winter months.
We serve homeowners across Burnsville, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Farmington, Rosemount, Eagan, Savage, Prior Lake, Mendota Heights, and Inver Grove Heights. You’ll need reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.
No. We provide all major tools, equipment, and premium materials (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore). We ask that painters bring their own basic hand tools (brush, knife, etc.) but everything else is supplied.
