So I contacted Ryan Pettis Painting. Ryan stopped by to check out the work needed and gave me an estimate within an hour of his visit. Ryan and his team were easy to work with and always kept me in the loop regarding possible schedule changes due to weather. The quality of the work and products they recommend using were top notch. Once the job was complete, Joe, one of Ryan's Foreman stopped by for an inspection of the work performed. I had one part of the job that needed correcting and Joe had it taken care of that same day. Easy to work with, thorough, and attention to detail. I'd recommend Ryan Pettis Painting to anyone wanting a quality job done right.Posted on Jennifer WegwerthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have lived in our house for 20 years and my boys were not gentle! Lots of wall damage and holes and they did such an amazing job you could not even tell that there was any! I highly recommend Ryan and his team!Posted on Matt Lawrence prior LakeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great job done very timely and quality job for a good price. Thanks!Posted on Eric AndersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All three phases of the project—bidding, painting, and inspecting—went smoothly. Al, Brian, and Preston did a great job of prepping and painting our rooms. They were very open to suggestions for details and touchup which they accomplished cheerfully. These folks have many years of experience and they shared helpful, practical information about paints, painting, and color choices. We moved into a new construction townhome with typical monochromatic walls. We’ll be using Ryan Pettis and his crew in the future to add color and surface protection to our new place.Posted on Bonnie ReimannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Why Burnsville Homeowners Choose Pettis Painting for Interior Projects

Our Interior Painting Process: What to Expect

Surface Preparation
We clean, patch, sand, and tape every surface before any paint goes on. Nail holes are filled, imperfections are smoothed, and your walls are prepped for a flawless base coat. We also protect your flooring, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and plastic sheeting.

Priming
We apply a high-quality primer matched to the surface type, drywall, plaster, or previously painted surfaces all require different prep. Priming ensures even coverage, better adhesion, and a longer-lasting finish.

Paint Application
Our crew applies two coats of premium interior paint from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore using brushes and rollers suited to each surface. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and accent features are all painted with precision.

Detail Work & Touch-Ups
We cut clean lines along edges, corners, and trim. After the final coat dries, we inspect every surface under proper lighting and address any imperfections before calling the job complete.

Final Cleanup & Walkthrough
We remove all materials, wipe down surfaces, and leave your home cleaner than we found it. Your crew foreman walks through the completed project with you to confirm you’re 100% satisfied.
